The original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of the return is at your own cost. We accepts returns on sale items.
With free shipping orders within New Zealand: the shipping of $5 will not be refunded.
With shipping orders International: the shipping of $20 USD will not be refunded.

Procedure:

Returns are processed within three business days of receiving your items.
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the item.
If you used Paypal, the money is refunded to your Paypay account.
If you used money transfer, the money is refunded to your original account.

New Zealand

We offer free express shipping within New Zealand. This means next day delivery for the majority of orders.
If you order before 2pm on weekdays, and your order will ship out that day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

International Express shipping

Express international shipping can only be delivered to a street address. We do not ship via express to PO boxes.
The estimated delivery is 3-5 business days or longer depending on the custom.
We offer a flat rate for most of the countries. If you can not find yours, please contact our customer service.

International Standard Shipping

International standard shipping can take 2 to 4 weeks. If your order is not delivered within 4 weeks, please contact our customer service.
